    isnt that hard is just because its tethered but i just lock it so is not bad and sometimes it is annoying but i always charge it up

    Accually, I am pretty sure I did it correctly. The instructions were very simple.

    I haven't shut it off since I updated it, and when I updated it my ipod wasn't jailbroken any more, and it's been like that ever since. It's also been said it doesn't work on 8 gig, but I was able to get it to work (after many tries) and it was too much work to do it again. And, there is no jailbreak for 3.1.3 version of the software, so even if I wanted to, I could not jailbreak it.
