That would suggest corruption and tyranny, something not many people would take lying down. Besides, that's extreme speculation.

All this bill would do is allow companies to block websites that have been proven to contain piracy. That in itself IS a loophole and can be abused with ease, but still wouldn't lead to mass censorship by the government.
