You are all acting sophomoric and it is very annoying. I also do not think a total ban is necessary but I think he should have been banned 3 days or so. Even though he was acting childish you did nothing by making fun of him banning him and then making obnoxious threads that do not need to be made about him. I don't know the whole story and I do not plan on finding out but I am usually more lenient when it comes to banning people and I find it ridiculous that people ban for saying "Fuck." FUCKFUCKFUCK
deal with your own problems off the forum, he brought it here so be a mod and take it off and deal outside the forum.

I think he deserved to be banned..

I don't understand how him being banned could be considered unjustified at all...

He broke enough rules to ban him, fairly simple.


He is probably lucky I didn't ban him because my first instinct would of been perm not 1 week.





If he has been banned before and was allowed back under probation, then he can be banned perm for any infraction.

That's different. I didn't know he was on probation.

I'd of banned him aswell, but... I'd also have moved this thread to the spam section, so people couldn't get their post counts up by arguing. I feel it was a justifiable ban, if someone continually breaks the smaller rules, they'll eventually break the bigger ones.

Maybe this will teach other unlawful subjects a small lesson in respect.

well the problem was the mod who banned him for swearing used profanity in his following post...so that negates the using of excessive profanity.

As I said I still agree with a 3 day suspension and not a ban.

the only thing he did was flame/insult a staff member

but when insulting a staff member I do not think that staff member should give the direct ban and should be another party who gives the ban for insulting a staff member.
