Oh I buy 1,000 dollars in BPcredits with a credit card. Trade onto another account, get that 1,000 dollars for a supposed trade. Charge back through the CC company.
Merely a suggestion that could possibly be implemented into BuyPoE.com, the gaming underground forum of 2011 that will surpass Sythe. We used to have a shop system with coins and a bank, would it be possible to implement something similar?
People can buy 500 coins for $5 or 1000 for $10 which they can then use to trade for PoE/Bots/Hacks etc.. They can purchase via PayPal which is then deposited into BuyPoE main paypal which can only be accessed by David and his trusted global moderators. Users can then request to be paid out when they wish from this Paypal.
For instance, Mike wants to buy 1 mil PoE for $50, so he buys 50,000 BP coins and finds Steve who is selling PoE. He sends Steve the BP coins who the trades him the PoE, then Steve can request a cash out of his 50,000 BP coins for $50.
As Paypal doesn't cover virtual trades, this will help prevent a lot of scams on BuyPoE.com, the best underground gaming forum of 2011. If Steve is a new user, you can also put the funds on hold for 24 hours until a moderator has checked with Steve as to whether he has received the PoE.

Stolen credit card scams are few and far between, most of the cases of them occurring are because the person affected by them didn't know how to handle the situation.

It's definitely a great idea, I would have to see it in action before I try it.
What's the reason that Davee would tell PayPal regarding the user sending BuyPoe.com real money? Are they sending it for a service? Also, is the BuyPoe.com PayPal account Davee's personal account, or is it a separate business account dedicated to Davee?

EDIT: Also a loss of money. From A to B to C has more fees then from A to C.
It would be for virtual currency so whoever buys the coins won't be able to charge them back, in the case they do a simple call to PayPal would fix the issue. It will be a business PayPal for BuyPoE.com so Paypal will know that it's for virtual currency.
I'd also suggest it to be opened in the UK, possibly by Phoenix as he's one of the GMs, this will solve many issues as I've found that Paypal in America are much harder to deal with. It's essentially like the Doubloons that OOO sell. With a business account as well, the GMs would be able to access it, so David, Champ, Phoenix and Snipes12. It's essentially a holding account.
Excuse me if my weak analysis is flawed, I'm exhausted.
So A sends Davee money for coins, A sends B coins, B sends A PoE, B cashes out coins.
So if A sends B the coins and B doesn't send the PoE then Davee just doesn't cash out the coins?
It sounds like something we can adapt to if we try! =D
