Yet another paypal problem I need help with

So I just got back and have had a $10 dispute opened from february from oimmune@hotmail.com claiming it was an unauthorized payment, it was opened as a dispute and so I know he did not file anything with his credit card company or bank but I am not presented the option of claiming the dispute is illegitimate and the person I got over the phone told me I had to work it out with the other person. Does anyone know how to handle this? any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's probably a problem with the person your asking for payment from. Either he cancelled his payment OR Paypal got suspicious and cancelled it.Paypal has been tracking down suspicious payments lately and I've had a few real live friends get this as well. Either way, it's a bad sign.
