Falling hurts period, i recommend you wear the minimum of Kevlar body Armour and most likely some desert goggles, what the hell throw in a rifle to shoot anyone that comes near you.

Have you tried using one of those upside down buckets? that is great for learning to ice skate though it requires that you are either a midget or have some incredibly big ass bucket.

Lol they had penguins you could rent, which is like the bucket method but obviously they are taller, they also do a great job of making you look like a tool.By the end of it i got the hang of it although since ive woken up im walking like a penguin.

Indoors arena, basically on the ice skating pitch for ice hockey (obviously when its not on).

I think i may take it up as a sport, its god dam fun and beats the Gym anyday.
