I'm thinking it's because getting active referrals that will actually make a post where you want is about impossible. This will not work about 99 times out of 100. In fact the only way this would work is to cheat (Which is really easy btw), or to ask a friend to meet the requirements above and then leave.

Other than that there's no easy way to get referrals like that. Because I've done referrals before and I usually get 1 active one out of maybe 50-100. But they never even had to do anything specific.

My prediction is that BP will gain nothing, even if someone does win.
