I actually know him closely and so does Davee. He is a pain in the ass and actually he never "scams" as he always pays back but he does bend the rules a little. But ofcourse he still is a user who generates content.

We have the logs to the chat system mate. Unless you've perfected time travel, you asked him to pay for you to vouch him, the ventrillo server stuff didn't come up until later.

From what I've seen, every scam report against him there has been no proof of him actually scamming. You can't really take anyone's word for it, unless there is solid proof backing it. Although, the user has broken multiple rules that would normally cause a member to receive a permanent ban, so idk.

Every single thread you have listed to there has been no proof he has scammed. I am not saying he has not scammed, nor he did scam. Without solid proof, it's not justifiable to ban someone, because then it becomes bias. I do agree, he should be banned, he has broken or "bent" way to many rules to be a welcomed member of this site.

About the rules being "stupid", make a thread about it in the suggestion forum, or bring it up with Davee and the GMs. They are the ones who set them.

I'm not trying to argue about it, but I checked the account Tim said was banned. The ban reason on that account was "atleast use a proxy?". I then searched the name, nothing came up. So, I searched the IP from the banned account and it came back to an account that was banned for Multiple accounts. So, I wasn't just posting blindly about it, I checked. Can't really pick who is telling the truth, so I go with neither until I see solid proof.

Fair enough, can't really complain about the rules if you aren't willing to at least try and change them.
