if you go to powerbot.org u can find a few ads of private servers in the forums. i think like the most popular one ever is mechscape or something. i played it a long time ago. idk. search around some more. use google

He means that it's a server where you can spawn items, with commands saying ::item _ _.

Btw the server I was administrator on went down because of the owner's personal problems.

I used to play one RuneScape private server called WorldScape or smth. It was an awesome server it went down.

That is the private servers problem, they eventually shut down!
If you want to play safe either choose RS either choose a serious private server.
