What would everyone think about one? For Fun for example. If I end up doing it, I will be hiring a programmer, to get it done properly, no half done jobs.

Depends on how davee feels about it. He doesn't like the idea of copyright sometimes. You may want to host it from a virtual server in another country or something.
I think it's a great idea as long as you have the ability to make a multitude of updates never seen on YPP. Otherwise you'd have 5 players online.
I'll even offer to help with coding if you want to go through with it. But out of the 10 people who said they might do this, none of them have.
YPP Private Server will be hard as fuck to complete.
RSPS or MSPS is more possible. But that sounds fun, and it would increase BP Site traffic by a LOT.
