Downloaded it, but I've never play a Runescape private server, how exactly do I get this to work?

TaskGame...
A npc gives you a task like "Get me 28 rune ores" and then if u complete it you get random good item. Everytime there is new task like killing players and npcs
Second
New Boss.
Everytime you kill this boss it gives you hint where it will spawn next time so people have to look for it from wildy.. Drops good items.
Is the game balanced allot of RSPS are not balanced, they make it far too easy to get good items resulting in getting bored instantly.There is lots of new updates coming..
