Frost Dragon Guide
This guide will contain the details on how to kill Frost Dragons, obtain the maximum number of kills/hour, and maximize your profits.
Requirements:
-85 Dungeoneering
Recommended:
-Lower levels can kill these dragons but for maximizing profits it is suggested that you have 92+ in all your combat stats
-Soul Split
-Pack Yak
-Access to Fairy Rings
-Overloads
Location:
-In the Resource Sungeon inside the Asgarnian Ice Dungeon.
Setup:
Helm - Neitiznot > Fighter Hat > Dragon Med Helm > Barrows
Amulet - Amulet of Fury> Amulet of glory (if using to bank)
Body - Bandos Chestplate > Barrows > Dragon Platebody > fighter torso
Legs - Bandos Tassets > Barrows > Dragon Platelegs
Boots - Dragon > Rune
Ring - Berserker Ring > Warriors Ring
Bracelet/gloves - Barrows Gloves > Regen Bracelet > Combat Bracelet
Weapon - Chaotic rapier > Chaotic Longsword > Zamorak Spear
Shield - Dragonfire Shield > Dragon defender > Rune Defender > Obsidian shield.
Cape - Fire cape > Skillcape > Obsidian cape.
Inventory:
- 3 Antifire potions
- 6 Prayer potions
- Super Set
- Cannon + cannonballs (5k+)
- 500 winter storage scrolls
- 1 pack yak
- Falador teletab
- 7 monkfish/sharks
Pack yak inventory:
- 2 Antifire potions
- 23 Monkfish/sharks
- 5 Prayer potions
Strategies:
-Turn auto retaliate off, set up your cannon, and drink your potions. Turn your prayers on to maximize your damage and defense. Bank all your bones with the yak. Flashing Soulsplit between hits is recommended to last longer. Make sure you keep your constitution high.
Drops worth picking up:
-Frost Bones(100% drop)
-Effigies
-Charms
-Adamant Platebodies
-Rune Longsword
-Dragonic Visages

Some people have told me that Frost Dragons can be botted which is pretty cool. Although with bots you will not be able to completely maximize your profits. But I guess the length of time you can stay there with a bot makes up for that.Originally Posted by Phoenix
And there is a pretty good dungeoneering bot people have told me about. It is called Idungeonpro on powerbot.org. I am pretty sure it can do C6 and the creator has gotten 99 dungeoneering with it

@Pheonix iDungeon is an epic script for rsbot. i got 1-77 dung in less than a week.
There already is a good dung bot out... PM me if you want a link.

IDungeon Pro works great if you were thinking about buying it. Have had it for about 2 weeks, and without suicide botting and on f2p I've gained 40 levels
Produngeon the free dung bot off of rsbuddy is what ive used and ive hit 70 on two different accounts in a few days.
