1-99 Strength


In this guide, I am assuming you are also training your defence and attack. This is not for pures.


When training Strengh you should use an Scimitar, Two Handed Sword, or a type of Axe. Use a aggressive attack style to gain strength XP.


1-10
Monster: Chickens
Location: Northeast of Lumbridge and Champions' guild garden. There are some other places


You should pick up their feathers. It gives some pretty good money.



10-20
Monster: Cows
Location: Lumbridge and Crafter's Guild. There are other places


Pick up their cowhides and bank them, they sell for good money.



20-40
Monster: Al Kharid warriors
Location: Al Kharid palace


These will auto attack you. But it is also a multi zone which means more than one of these can and most likely will attack you at any time. Armour and food is required.




40-50
Monster: Rock Crabs
Location: Relekka


These have low attack, defence and strength. They are easy to kill and they are really good xp.



50-60
Monster: Experiments
Location: Fenkenstrain Dungeon


You need to do Creature of Fenkenstrain. It is a easy quest. They hit like nothing on you and have low defence and high hitpoints making them a good monster to train on.



60-70
Monster: Ogres
Location: Chaos tower dungeon and South of Yanille. There is some other places.


The best place to train on them is just east of Castle Wars (south of Yanille). Be sure to bring armour and food as they can hit you.



70-80
Monster: Giant Spiders
Location: 3rd level of the Stronghold of Security


The spiders auto-attack you as well, which is another good thing about them. You can get up to 50k+ xp an hour here with a strength level of 70+.



70-80
Monster: Green dragons
Location: Far eastern wilderness, level 23. West of Dark Warriors' Fortress (level 14 wilderness), and in the Chaos Tunnels. There are some other places


They are a popular monster to kill, because they give good money and xp. Collect there bones and hides. Also pick up there Dragon spears, Clue scrolls, Half of a keys, Shield left halfs, and Dragon med helms.

You will need to bring food and armour to kill them. Making sure to bring a anti-dragon shield.

80-99
Monster: Bandits
Location: Bandit Camp in the desert


Wear a Zamorak Cape so they will auto attack you. They will pile you since it is a multi combat area. You can pick up their herbs and stuff. You will need food and armour.




You can also just train on Giants spiders from 70 strength to 99.
