This guide will cover the fastest way and cheapest way to get 99 firemaking.

Levels 1-15 - Logs
Fires lit until level 15:61
Cost: 1830
So for starters we're going to be burning logs. It takes 61 logs to get to level 15. Therefore it's about 3 trips to the bank and back. If you're doing it the cheap way you should cut the logs instead of buying them.
- At level 15 you can burn oak logs, it takes 61 logs to burn to get there (from level 1)
Levels 15-30 - Oak Logs
Fires lit until level 30: 183
Cost: 5856
Now we're moving onto oak logs. It's pretty self explanatory. If you're doing it the cheap way than cut logs. If not, buy them. Since you need to burn 183 logs, it will take around 7 trips to the bank and back.
- At level 30 you can burn willow logs, it will take 183 lit oaks to get to there (from 15)
Levels 30+ - Willow Logs
Fires lit until level 30: 144,679 (To 99) or 684 (To 60)
Cost: 2,170,185 (To 99), 10,260 (To 60)
This one has 3 options. 1) To do it the super cheap slow way, which is to burn logs to 99, cutting the logs. 2) To do it the kind of cheap, med speed way, which is to burn logs to 99, buying the logs. Or 3) to do it the faster way, and switch to maples at level 45, your choice.
- At level 60 you can now burn yew logs. It will take 3,856 burnt willows to get there (from level 30).
Levels 45+ - Maple Logs
Logs lit until level 99, 60:96,096, 1,573
Cost: 4,804,800, 78,650
This is now the fastest way to get to level 60. You can either keep going with Maples, or switch to yews later, your choice. Maple logs can be lit in F2P.
Levels 60+ - Yew Logs
Recommended Location(s): Anywhere, really.
Logs lit until level 99: 63,016
Cost: 25,899,576
Despite the price of it, this is the fastest way to get to 99 fire making now. You will need to burn 63,016 logs until you get to level 99, which is half of what you'll need to be doing with willows. So your choice.

Yeah I know, but the F2P guides are written in a F2P perspective, so I didn't include maples.
I didn't read the guide, because I'm so tired right now, but... Maples can be burnt by F2P to my understanding. In anycase, nice guide, but my mom never let me play with matches.
