I think I DO have a right to protect the software I sell.
It is passively scamming Lieberache.
It is ALSO advertising another site.

Report under discussion, naturally >:3 you cannot be involved in the process.

Ratchet any more info would be good, like where he censored you etc etc.

the info i was given on this matter was that ratchet was giving a free digital copy away on a program that cost's money not getting consent by the programmer this is kind of up to Lieberach after all its his program

Incorrect. The program was already being distributed. I have not hosted nor made it more available than it already is. I am distributing an entirely separate program which happens to bypass the authentication process on Sheer Bilge.

I am giving my verdict now, an its final unless Davee, Tim, or Champ choose to challenge it.

The program was made by a BP member, despite it being marketed by a BP GM. Had liberache seen you posted this he most likely would of reported it hence getting it removed anyway. If you want to post a crack, do it of your own program or in a way that will not directly effect a member of the site.

You are free to seek out the programmer an ask permission if you are allowed to post a crack of his program (which I highly doubt).

Thread Closed, if Davee, Champ, or Tim has anything to add or chooses to change what I said then please feel free to do so.

Ratchet, you wont be punished for what you previously did, but anything you post hear on out can be held against you unless like mentioned above another GM or Admin (excluding >:3) chooses to change what I said.



Hope that made sense an please note releasing a crack hurts not only the marketer (who was the public voice in most of this) but also the programmer who worked hard to make the program, assuming you are a fellow program you should be able to understand that.
