    Reporting: Startover4

    So I recently bought a Runescape account from Startover4, the trade went through fine, 65m RSGP and $1 to take the trade to $40, and that was that, proof of account purchase here, http://buypoe.com/runescape-marketpl...0-combats.html, the sale was all done over BP chat, and I'm sure chat logs can confirm this.

    So a few weeks went past, and I bought some mroe RSGP, from Snipes12, http://buypoe.com/runescape-marketpl...rsgp-sale.html, Horodirus, http://buypoe.com/runescape-marketpl...rsgp-sale.html, equalling around 50-60m( Around $35)

    So one day, I logged onto Runescape to find all my expensive items were gone, I checked my bank and not there, I thought this was strange but rushed to work and thought no more of it, until I got home, I then went to log in to the accountand was greeted by this message;

    So I contacted Startover, and with the information he provided, over PMs, the appeal was declined, after finding out why my original appeal was declined, I re-contacted the seller, requesting more information for another appeal, this was also declined.

    So at the moment I'm around 120m Rsgp, $75, out of pocket, which isn't great in my books.

    I can happily give any mods the username and password to check that the account is indeed locked, this can then be matched to the user in the chat logs, and hopefully act as proof.

    I understand the missing items situation may be harder to provide proof for, however if Horodirus, and Snipes12 can remember the account the GP was traded to this might help the situation?

    I'm not too sure, thanks for reading.

    I can't remember the exact name, but I can confirm that I did sell him some RSGP.

    Sorry, I just don't have that great of a memory. I'll keep screenshot records of trades from here on.

    Horo, was your trade with him over chat, too? If so, then we'll have logs of it.

    Alright so you could log on and check that your expensive items were gone? That means whoever got onto your account had your password. Since you changed your password since I gave this to you how could I have scammed you? By not remembering information about the account, are you serious I made it atleast 6 years ago!

    Please note I never said you took the items off the account you presumed that, I was very careful in how I worded things so it didn't sound like I was accusing you, the main issue is that you sold me an account that was locked for whatever reason if you can't provide the information to unlock the account then I've been scammed for whatever I paid for the account.

    No Im saying, someone got onto your account through your password which means you have been keylogged or giving your password out. Which Is why your locked due to more then 1 person accessing the account from different locations. Also please point out to me where in my original thread I said if the account was locked Id be able to give you information to recover it?

    So I spend $80 ish on an account and I'm gonna give the password out, really? Great logic.
    Downloaded Keyloggers? I'm not retarded.

    You provided me with false information to recover the account, as stated in the E-Mail recieved by Jagex, thus the appeal was denied, as a seller you have a responsibility to atleast provide correct information about an account, to atleast give me a chance at a succesful appeal.

    To the best of your knowledge doesn't make the information correct, Jagex even replied with a link in the E-mail, which took me to a site saying the information was incorrect.

    If the information is incorrect it's false, is it not?
