Due to Startover4's long term comittment to BuyPoe, and the fact that he's replying to this scam report thread makes me believe he is not entirely or at fault at all since the facts in this case are completely not there. (It's rare for scammers to argue they didn't scam lol) He's partially responsible for giving you incorrect knowledge, but it was to the best of his ability.
He sold you an account. Then that account got accessed by "multiple persons" which is out of the hands of startover4. Also we have no timeline to go by. How long ago did he sell you the account. When did it get locked. Startover4 mentions he started it 6 years ago. In this case time is important because the longer the time in between the transaction, the more things that could've happened outside of the control of startover4...
