I'd also like to add, if I was going to scam you, why wouldn't I wait until after the 30 days until you could reclaim your money back? It seems more than a bit fishy that you would wait till the last day that you could claim back to do so. If you were unhappy, why would you not inform me prior?

The account was in fact locked and based on the chat logs it seemed a bit fishy. Something along the lines of "If he was unhappy with the trade why did he wait 29 days to file a dispute?" and the fact that as soon as he brought up the account being locked you logged off. It may have been because you needed to sleep, but it seemed extremely fishy.

While I did issue a perma ban it was truly nothing more then a temp ban until everything between you two gets resolved.

My computer goes to sleep if I do not use if for a set amount of time. If I logged of, it was because of that. Now I would have appreciated at least a days worth of time to respond before you went and messed with my bank account. I can help you unlock the account but you're going to have to contact me without going flipping out. I still have you on Skype. Please know that I'm not going to enjoy dealing with you at all because you have put me at a great inconvenience and the fact that you told them to permanently ban me without me being able to defend myself even makes me think less of you as an individual, thanks.

Still have not been contacted by Ramsin. I really do think this is totally one sided and unfair. I am out of $40, an account and now my Buypoe account and if I stay banned for "scamming" I also lose my rigging bot? This is ridiculous...

Let me ask you this; why would the account randomly get locked?
Sure you were nice during the whole trade but then again so was a former member that went by the name of "Timmy" and that didn't end so well either.
I sent you messages and you did not respond and then suddenly went offline, it seemed like an obvious scam so i instantly opened a dispute on paypal while I still had the chance..what kind of moron wouldn't?
Oh and why is it that you responded on paypal but didn't bother responding on skype?
Plus, why was I not able to recover the account with the information you gave me?
Any other person would have taken the same actions as me.

In response to your "Somehow I think you're scamming me, god damnit"; How the hell could I be scamming you? I lost the account, the time I put into it and the money I paid for it, in what way do I benefit from that..?

If I wanted the account back, it wouldn't be locked, I would have it in my possession. As I already stated, I was not aware that I went offline. I was sleeping. If I didn't want to resolve things why would I come and try to appeal in the first place? Someone trying to recover and account is not the only way for an account to be locked, we encountered this problem right after I sold the account to you, and then I helped you get it back. About the Paypal thing, fair enough, I understand now. With the recoveries, I have no idea why they would not work. This weekend when I try to help you get it back, I'll let you copy the info from the notepad onto my browser when we try to unlock it. I gave you all of the info on the account.

In response to your last question, in what way do I benefit from getting banned here? I've got just as much on the line as you. I can lose the bots that I paid for as well as not being able to sell any poe, not to mention, I'm now $40 short of what I'm supposed to have.

If you'd like I can stay up with weekend and we can have a go at unlocking the account if not, keep your claim (you'll win as there is no way for me to prove proof that virtual goods were shipped) on paypal open and I can try to get you the money for members. There can be a mod there or whatever, but I just want you to know, I haven't messed with it since I sold it to you. I think this is all just a misunderstanding. If you want to have a conversation over skype, we can do that too.
