I have achieved both in all doubloon oceans on different accounts, and am capable of doing so with any account will take longer on accounts with sublime+)

Requirements:
-At least an officer in a crew with the necessary badge OR access to leading a pillage with the navy
-A ship, preferably a sloop. With no stock and one short map.
-Spare change to swabbie the ship

My computer is clean, but I do not refund in regards to any ban that may occur.
I do not use any bots as I do them myself.
I can use a mac address changer to lessen the chances of a ban.
