Best shops to own are shipyard and tailor imo. That being said, location is key and b sure to have 1-2 million worth of stock
I made like 250k with a blacksmithing stall back when I still played. The best shoppe to have is a shipyard, you have to have it on a popular island though.
here: http://buypoe.com/bots-programs/7224...ith-bot-5.html its a sharecash download but hey its free
Shipyards were good years ago when the oceans started, not so much now as there's a billion on one island with nooby owners who'll keep throwing poe in the coffers along with less demand for ships but those special editions may have changed that slightly.
Tailors are my personal favourite.
Shipyards are only good if you know how to merchant. Bringing in your own stock and merchanting ships is always great way to make poe without it you'll spend just about as much as you will make on stock alone. That being said if you don't know or want to do that I would go with a Tailor if you have the poe, if not an Ironmonger for sure.
If I seem emotionless to you... As if I just simply don't care about you, what your saying, or anything else going on, Its because I really don't care. Sorry.
Iron Mongers are the easiest the run and the easiest to make a profit with, tailors however in my experience make the most if you have the money to invest.
