Maybe a suspension for this part, but technically they cannot ban you for being part of this site. It does not break the ToS of the games to be part of this site and you have the right to join anything you want. Don't advertise the site in-game, don't buy PoE or sell it, in fact don't break their ToS and you can join any site you want.

The reason we warn users not to post their user names is because it's like having a large neon sign on your back saying "Hey OOO, watch me i might break one of your ToS and you can ban me".

People like me however will get a ban directly, because i've traded PoE and the evidence is on this site. In fact, i urge users to not even tell other people on this site their usernames as the OM's may offer a person an unban if they rat out the site, which has been offered before.
