Q. Why Plimus?
A. Plimus allows a safe medium between me the seller, and you the (hopefully) buyer. It allows you to use more methods to pay than just PayPal.

Q. What will it say on my credit card statement?
A. The merhant name for any purchase will be "PLI*PLIMUS".

Q. How will I get the bots?
A. Bots are emailed automatically when payment is received. (Note that bank transfers may take a few days to process)

Q. Refund policy?
A. All refunds will be required within 24 hours of delivery and use of product.

A. Yes, we would prefer you to have at least 2GB of RAM and a dual core 2.5 GHz processor at MINIMUM.

Q. Free trials?
A. You may see free trials float about from time to time, but private free trials are a no.

Q. Do you accept game currency or accounts?
A. No, sorry. We only take methods of payment that Plimus provides.

Q. I no longer use the bot, can still I get a refund?
A. Sadly not, we only provide a 24 hour refund policy. If you no longer use the bot within the 24 hours of getting the bot and you want a refund that is acceptable.

Q. Are you coming out with any other Puzzle Pirates bots?
A. Perhaps in the future, though if we do, we will definitely keep the thread updated!

Awesome service. Two weeks ago, I had purchased the Sheer Bilge Bot from these guys. I had a review on the other "Bot Shop" thread but it closed so I thought I would make another review of the bot that I just bought today, The Infernal Blacksmith Bot.

I bought purchased the bot through Plimus. Five minutes later, I was talking to Faceman through the live support. Within 10 minutes, I had my pirate already botting. The support that comes with this amazing bot is absolutely sublime. Rating: 6/5 stars.

As I said before, I will not hesitate to purchase another bot from these people again. =)
