I'm also pretty confused about the MC hacking. I've seen some server outages due to inadequate hosting/DDoSing, but I haven't seen a full on "hack".

Isn't that whole game kind of a big Hack/Mod? What I mean is, don't they encourage people to play with the code and stuff? Not sure. I've never messed with it.
PSN got annihilated... even with $20 millions in investments, I don't think it's going anywhere for a while.
