They scammed, they remain banned. They had the intention to scam from the start, doesn't matter if they felt the chill of the 3 Christmas ghosts and decided to repent, they still scammed. Banned they remain.

To put it in simple terms, a man comes to your house, breaks in, stills your toilet paper and runs away. A few weeks later, he repents and returns the toilet paper. Will you let him use your loo without supervision again? I think not. To put it simply, if he knocks at the door it'll be more of a

I agree, to a certain extent.

Depending on what was scammed and what was done. If they are truly sorry for what they have done, and proved beyond doubt of a BuyPoe Staff member then I believe that staff member can bring the issue to other staff members and agree on how the person should be dealt with.
