my answer is yes of course I would it seems very justifiable in my mind sort of like the eye for an eye mind set, but whether the person stole my money or not that does not justify me returning the favor so if whoever it is thats doing this plans on taking the account they need to be prepared for the consequences.

Same reason is someone steals £200 off you, in the law's eyes you're in the same boat if you go to their house and steal £200. So morally, no.

I would not. It would be obvious you were the one who had stolen it. In the end you would be found guilty and banned, in some way or another.
