In the following tutorial I will be showing you how to make a extremly simple but eye catching text effect in photoshop. Enjoi!
- First open a new project within photoshop, with the pixel resolution of 1920x1080.
- Next use the bucket tool and fill the background layer with the color #555555
- Next get out the text tool and type whatever you please in the color #ffffff and the size 300pt, you may also like to use a more stylish font than the basic times new roman.
- Next you want to apply some spiffy text effects to do this double click the text layer and apply the effects shown below.
First the inner shadow:
Then apply an outer glow:
Finally add an inner glow with the color #85a87e
POOF your done; a very simple text effect that looks great!
