I'm pretty sure you can't use Hue/Saturation on a text layer. I haven't read the tutorial you're following but you may have done something wrong.
Hi there!
I have just a small query concerning Adobe Photoshop CS5 (although I would think it applies to virtually every Photoshop). I am following this tutorial (click 'this' to go to the tutorial) but on 'Step 8' it tells me to use 'Hue/Saturation' but when I select the right layer and do exactly what they say, it doesn't let me click on 'Hue/Saturation' (it's grey).
I have no idea what the problem is and I am using this to create my forum signature - so please try and reply as soon as possible! If anyone has any ideas on what is wrong with it, please could you suggest what to do. I am willing for you to this single step for me (if you cannot figure out what is wrong without seeing the actual file) - just PM about this and I will upload the PSD file (and provide you with the link for it).
Here is a screenshot of the problem:
Any help appreciated!

I've rasterized it, so technically it's not really a text layer anymore. Thanks for your help anyway!
OK, thanks. Is there a way to do this without starting a new one? Could I just start a new one in RGB and then copy over the layers or something?
Basically, the 'Hue/Saturation' is not click-able and is greyed out, so I can't click it. There is a full-size image of the screenshot here, if you want. Thanks anyway.
Cheers a lot!
