Programming in Objective C

Hey guys, I was wondering if we have an Objective C programmers on BuyPoe? I've recently set myself on a path to learn it, and I'm in it for the long run. I recently purchased a MAC computer (you have to have a MAC to develop for the i-platforms). I'm planning on developing for the iPhone & iPad. I think some of it is coming slowly, I've been taking the Standford courses online (Free) but with any programming language it takes time.

I think it'd be awesome if BP could one day have mobile games, or mobile apps to its' name. I know I can do it, and if I don't, I will have just thrown 1000 dollars down the drain. So I'm fully committed to this endeavor, no turning back. xD

So my question is, how long did it take you to learn your a language. Do you know Objective C? What resources do you recommend?

I tried learning objective-C like 4 months ago. But I got bored =P

But what I used to get me started was:
Video Tutorials to learn Objective C for iPhone and mac OSX | djavupixel.com

Its like 60 videos that are about 5 minutes long each, which each focus on a specific part of objective-C each. I'd say its pretty decent if you know a bit and don't know where to go from there.

Lol you couldnt find a work around other then buying a mac ? Honestly you could of paid me $10 to find a way to program for Idevices without a MAC.
