This is more like "common sense with VB". VB does all the coding for you, you just tell it what to do.
Now if you made this same tutorial for like Java or C++, it would be more helpful to people going into programming
How to use message boxes using Visual Basic 2008/2010
Will be using VB 2008
First you start by creating a WindowsFormApplication:

Then create a button:

Double click the button and enter this:
Msgbox("Hey..BLAHBLAHBLAH")

You then go back. Click the green little arrow on top that debugs it. Click that button and bam. It shows what you said.
If you want to start a message before the program starts then just double click the form1 itself. Then type in Msgbox("Hello and good luck!") or whatever you want to say. It has to be like that exactly besides Hello and good luck.
You can change the name of the form at the bottom right of your screen where it says properties. You will scroll and see an area called "text". In that box it might say form1. Change it to whatever you want.
