This was a decision that was talked about this evening. After viewing the PM we both agreed that he should be able to get back onto BuyPoe.

I though he was a hacker and thief since he worked with Notion?

Krivol thinks we should give him a second chance. I thought his appeal was pretty good.

i do not think he shoulda been perm banned in the first place. a temp ban is usually enough as we have seen in the past for flaming members. anyways glad you guys made the decision to unban

I like how a lot of my ideas were incorporated into BP.

I was banned for "hacking buypoe".

Dear David,

Firstly I would like to say sorry for the way I have acted the past month or so. You didn't deserve that and I should have held myself to a higher standard. I truthfully didn't mean to start half of the drama I have caused or get people to hate Krivol or yourself. You have to understand at that point in time I was a little heated over the events that happened prior.

Yes it is correct I knew information about the hacking of Buypoe.com. The information you have wrong though Dave, is that I was not involved in it. As stated prior people like to tell me things and every piece of information I have ever recieved about the hacking(s) of BuyPoe.com I have told you/sent to you in some way or another. Sure its true that I could have gone about it in a different manner and saved you and I a lot of heart ache and time..but whats done is done I guess.

I would also like to know where you got some of your "competition" ideas or the idea we are going to spam advertise your forum. Dave, you where the first person besides Forrest and I to know about *edited website name*. I told you about it the day I bought the domain and if my memory remains true I told you we would not advertise at all. And I am a man of my word. If I have not prior told you about it well I am now. You probably don't trust me and to you dirt is probably worth more then my word but neither Forrest or I will advertise on your site. I will try my best to make sure our Moderator+ team does not either. Beyond that we can not be held accountable for what people post on the forums and you know that. As competition I don't really see either. Yes technically we are in the same market but atleast we don't see BuyPoe.com as a rival or direct competition. Really both of our active userbases use both the sites about the same. No reason why we both can't just go on our marry way without all of this hatred towards each other.

As a side note to the rivalry thing it is against the ToS to flame your site, BuyPoe.com.

I understand sorry is probably the last thing you want to hear from me but please take it to heart. I have anger issues and at times I am a bit unstable.

I would love to get in contact with you so we can discuss this more over Skype or talk in general. Honestly, I always enjoyed talking to you. We are just two different people who don't do overly well when it comes to decision making because of how different we are. It's true that two opposite people in power generally will have a better outcome, but that doesn't really work with people like you and I who are strongheaded and won't really take no for an answer.

If you prefer to not get in contact with me again I understand also. Atleast let me know in some way or another you read this as I would like a reply.

I would also like to point out I am not trying to "kiss ass" or "trying to get my BP account back". My great grandmother had died on thursday due to a massive heart attack caused by stress. From that I've really learned that excessive stress is not good and I am trying to make amends with people I have hurt or am "enemies" with. I fully understand if you still do not want to get in contact with me because I did truthfully say a lot of things that didn't need to be said and have done a lot of things that did not need to be done out of anger.
