Puzzle Pirates 2 is an mmorpg based puzzle game. It features Three dimensional based pirate warfare where users will puzzle to achieve greatness. The concept takes Puzzle Pirates 1 and improves the interface so users can walk around with their pirates in a 3D world of uncharted waters. Instead of sailing around a "blue picture of waves" users will actually be on a boat with stations that need to be manned. Based on the navigator, the boat will move in certain directions at various speeds.
The major improvement of the game is visualistically but retains the same quality game play where users battle out in puzzles. In points of action, a puzzle will take over. When the puzzle takes over, we believe the user should see a visualization of his character battling it out with others. The better the player does in the Puzzle, you will see the 3d visualization of the progress of the fight improve. Now it gets interesting because you will have 20-120 people in these massive fights puzzling, but at the same time a visualistic 3D action simultaneously.
Skelley fights will still be done via Puzzles, but you will see your friends die to skellies as they lose in swordfighting. Or vice versa. The battles will be dynamic, based on how the swordfigther is doing. Say a swordfighter obtains a tripple box break in swordfighting, the swordfighter in reality will be doing an epic attack with his sword against the skelly.
Sea battles will be alot more enjoyable in a 3D Enviornment as you have hundreds of people your warfrig (yes the ocean will full of jobbers again)
Not only that, with the new design of islands, it will be alot more enjoyable to live on an island. You will be able to live and build structures on your island. Every island will have unique attributes which make them special to own. There will be hundreds of uncolonized islands to claim as yours, as long as your qualified to..
Whats' new in Puzzle Pirates 2 is also the colonized islands come with a much better social life. Users can walk around, go to the inns, and socialize with their fellow pirates. If they are e8lite enough, they will be captains, that recruit at the local inns.
The concept of Puzzle Pirates 2 is to keep the same idea, where Puzzling is the way to achieve superiority over the ocean. What we have concepted is bringing 3D engines tot he game, and bringing Puzzle Pirates to life.
