That's what Davee's post entailed, really. Who says that a piece of information isn't considered a guide? A guide basically refers to anything that will help the user understand what they're trying to figure out.

It states in the competition rules
Now, a hack really isn't considered a "guide" on what we would normally do, but his threads aren't just download links, it tells you how to install etc making it a guide for the sake of this competition.#3: Guides can be on anything: Weapons, Hacks, Tricks, Help, Release date info.

Guys it was a contest, there was rules people followed the rules fairly. Congratulations to Vaire, Sobo and Kronos.
They're trying to figure out how to get a certain hack to work/how to use them; I wrote guides.
