If a GM+ believes that a member diserves a shot at apprentice and entrance into the BP team, they may promote that member without Entire team vote.

Of course, any member may still apply to a position into the BP team - but they must go through a vote if a GM doesn't do it for them.

Note: Members are not allowed to ask GMs for a specific promotion into the team. This promotion must be done by the GM, without the influence of that members direct input, but through actions done on the site.
This does not apply for promotion to moderators.

Users will be banned forever for the following.

- Posting infected files: keyloggers, viruses, trojans, etc...
- Account Sharing: 1 Account per user. If you need to make another account for any reason, you must let the BP Team know. (GM's, or administrator)
- Plagiarism: posting someone else’s work and claiming it as one’s own work (i.e. scripts, programs, etc...)
- Avatar/Signature Ripping: using someone else’s signature as one’s own without permission
- Rank Impersonation: using the mod/admin ranks as avatars or in signatures
- Returning after a ban: proxying onto BuyPoe.com, using another person’s account (which will lead to his or her account being banned as well), etc...
- Marketing a bot that you did not create. In order to sell a bot on BuyPoe.com you must be the developer of it.
* = On a case by case basis we will allow the scammer back under restricted conditions if the scammer returns what was stolen.

Note: Staff reserve the right to ban or warn for any unconscionable act. The above rules and associated punishments only apply when the staff can reasonably judge that a user does not deserve some other, perhaps more severe form of punishment for any unconscionable act they might make on the forums.

Any and all posts made on BP can be deleted at any time. BP also reserves the right to keep posts and threads of members deleted or banned as well.

- Allowing ban evaders to move freely on the forums whilst in full knowledge they are evading, (Users may be granted a temp ban or even a perm ban,under the complaint of a successful scam report against the ban evading user).

1. Start fights on BuyPoe.com
2. Is a worthless post. Aka spam, advertisements, etc.
3. Is trying to start drama

If your post fits in Stage 1 you are one or more of the following:
1. A dramaqueen
2. A spammer
3. A douche
4. An advertiser
