A: You use Paypal to send and receive money. You'll need to open a Paypal account at paypal.com. From there you need to have a bank account connected to the paypal account to be verified.

Q: What is a vouch? Do I have the right to Vouch?
A: A vouch is writing in a post that the seller is legit and not a scammer. Anyone can vouch but the more legit you are on buypoe.com , the more substance and meaning your vouch has. The more vouches a person collects, is one way of proving trustworthiness. Other factors are activity, how long the person has been on the forums, and # of trades.
